Progrow Teaching System
The ProGrow Teaching System is used as a delivery vehicle in each student training program to integrate personal and business skills with technical skill training.

Training materials are modular and designed to integrate seamlessly with technical training. Each program comes with its own student workbook and audio CD, and is taught through DVD with teacher facilitation to check understanding and ensure maximum effectiveness on the clinic floor.

Each one of the programs teach much needed skill sets and are collectively known as 'THE COMPLETE WORKS' although recommended as a complete set, "The Complete Retail Experience" and "How to Build Your Business" are also available as individual training programs.

	HOW TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS Students will learn "HOW TO BUILD AND DRIVE THEIR BUSINESS", and what tools they will need to do it. They will learn about the essential role that the front desk plays, and the importance of analyzing client profiles. They will learn about, and practice, the "7 DAILY HABITS" essential to personal and business growth.
	PLANNING AND CUSTOMER WOW Students will learn how to identify the client's needs, and create an exceptional customer experience. They will learn how to use "WOW" as a catalyst for customer loyalty, generating new clients, and obtaining client referrals. They will learn how to think as a business person, how to develop business planning strategies, and how to work "SMARTER NOT HARDER".
