Currently Nuts and Bolts are offering several staff training classes to member and non member schools. The one day classes are held onsite at the school facility and performed by a Nuts and Bolts trainer. The classes are inspirational and informative.

REWARDING YOUR CHAMPIONS
Your teachers are your greatest resource; treat them to a day at the mental day spa. This one-day training session performed at the school. In this training session we will re-motivate the teachers, giving them a renewed purpose and a rejuvenated perspective on their careers.

FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT
Probably the most important class for schools who want to raise the bar, bring a "real world" environment to their school clinic floor and provide outstanding customer service to clinic floor guests. This one day class is conducted onsite and brings together clinic floor instructors, front desk staff and managers in a way that creates synergy, increased sales and customer delight.

BUILDING A WINNING TEAM
Clear and open communication and open mindedness in an organization is critical, everyone agrees? But often when challenges occur, poor or lack of communication and a lack of open mindedness is at the root. Developing a winning team involves creating clarity for everyone on the company mission and vision and how each and everyone play a role in achieving and living the company's goals. This class will leave everyone with a renewed sense of purpose and tools to use everyday in their work.
